We reserve the right to amend these policies including the returns policy, postage costs and delivery times, methods of payment and availability of products.

All our products are manufactured by third parties, and as such any manufacturing warranties are held with them. Should a problem arise, we will attempt to resolve this on your behalf with the manufacturers. Similarly, should any problems arise of this nature then product recalls may be implemented.

When purchasing our products and whilst using our website, any product design that is produced by us remains our intellectual property and it is therefore prohibited for you to replicate, distribute, sell or promote these images, or to allow others to do the same. Any violation of this would be a breach in copyright laws and may result in legal action being taken against you, as well as termination of your access to the website.
