Refund Policy

Once you have purchased an item from our website, you will have 14 days from when you receive it to cancel and return the purchase for any reason.

Please ensure that you let us know that you wish to cancel the purchase and return the item withing this 14-day period! You will then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us in its original condition, and once the item is returned you will receive a refund of the full purchase price, plus original postage costs.

If an item that you have purchased is found to be faulty, we will extend this returns period to 28 days after purchase and also offer a free return shipping label.
